The problem

Jobs were scheduled in one spreadsheet, tracked in another, and reported back by phone. Nobody had the full picture, and end-of-month billing took a week of reconciliation.

What we built

• A dispatch board for the office, with drag-and-drop scheduling
• An offline-first mobile app for crews to log work, photos, and materials on site
• Automatic job reports that flow straight into invoicing

The outcome

Billing reconciliation went from days to hours, and the office stopped chasing crews for paperwork.
